マニトスのP.E. (Physical Exercise)では、子どもたちの心と体の発達を大切に考え、専門講師による体操と水泳のレッスンをカリキュラムに取り入れています。
体操では、バランス感覚や柔軟性、筋力が自然に養われ、運動能力や姿勢が整っていきます。水泳は、全身運動によって基礎代謝を高め、病気に負けない体づくりにも効果的です。
幼児期から専門的な指導を受けることで、楽しみながら体を動かす習慣と自信を育むことができます。

Manitos places great importance on the physical and mental development of children through our P.E. (Physical Exercise) program, which incorporates gymnastics and swimming lessons led by professional instructors.
In gymnastics, children naturally develop balance, flexibility, and strength, helping to improve their athletic ability and posture.Swimming, as a full-body exercise, boosts metabolism and strengthens the body’s resilience against illness.
By receiving specialized instruction from an early age, children can build healthy exercise habits and confidence while having fun.
